Steve founded Thirdperson Words (now 3PW) in 2006, and has over 30 years' experience in copywriting and marketing communications. He continues to bring his experience and perspective to the business, helping shape the clear, thoughtful communication that has always been at the heart of everything we do.

With a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a background spanning clinical practice and research, Carly brings a deep understanding of people to every project. She enjoys getting to the heart of what our clients need to say and crafting clear, engaging content that resonates with the audiences they want to reach.

Alessandra brings analytical thinking and commercial insight to every project. Drawing on a background in science, management consulting and strategic marketing, she enjoys transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging content that helps organisations communicate with confidence, whether they're speaking to UK or international audiences.

With a background in marketing, communications and operations, Judes helps our clients turn their ideas into compelling content that delivers results. As 3PW's chief editor, she works closely with clients to understand their objectives, oversees projects from concept to completion, and reviews every piece of content to ensure it's on brief and true to the client's voice.
