CLIENT STORY
Baker Tilly
Helping a global professional services network bring its strategy to life.
Baker Tilly International is a top 10 global professional services network, bringing together thousands of experts across tax, advisory, assurance, legal and consulting. Operating across five continents, the network helps businesses navigate complexity while delivering local expertise backed by global reach.
How we helped
When Baker Tilly developed its strategic vision to 2030, the board and senior leadership team knew they needed more than a standard strategy document to ensure its success. The network needed a compelling narrative that would engage member firms around the world and build understanding, alignment and commitment to a shared vision.
Working closely with the network’s head of strategy, marketing and communications director, and chief executive officer, we transformed strategic thinking into a clear and engaging communications programme. This included interviewing stakeholders and service line leaders from across the network, reviewing board papers and strategic plans, and distilling complex priorities into a story that people could understand and connect with.
Alongside the strategy playbook, we developed supporting FAQs and visual identity guidelines as part of a suite of communication assets that enable member firms to introduce the strategy consistently across their different regions, cultures and teams.
Our impact
The result is a clear, engaging strategy communications toolkit that gives Baker Tilly International the resources to launch its 2030 strategy with confidence across its network.
By combining strategic thinking, interviewing skills and compelling storytelling, we’ve helped turn a complex business strategy into a shared vision – creating the clarity, consistency and emotional engagement needed to support long-term organisational change.
